Il sogno di Paolo
At the eightieth anniversary of the entrepreneur’s birth, Rovagnati asked Connexia to create a short film that would tell the story of Paolo Rovagnati, his values, and the idea that changed the tradition of Italian gastronomy, transforming Prosciutto Cotto from a product made from the scraps of Prosciutto Crudo into a distinguished protagonist of Italian culinary culture.

Connexia, in collaboration with the illustrator Margherita Premuroso, has created ‘Il Sogno di Paolo,’ the short film that encapsulates the story of Paolo Rovagnati, starting from the 1950s, and celebrates his entrepreneurial legacy and his dream: to bring Gran Biscotto to life, now the number one in the market of cooked hams.
The video was broadcasted on the main national television networks (Rai, Sky, La7) and featured in leading print publications, preceded by teaser activities across various media channels.
